Promotion: No unauthorized promotional activities are allowed within the academy.
Dress Code: Men must wear chef jackets; women must wear lab coats. No perfumes allowed.
Amenities: Lockers and prayer rooms are provided.
Schedule
Standard: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Doors open at 8:30 AM).
Break: 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM.
Ramadan: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Media & Privacy
Maestro Academy reserves the right to use session photos and videos (including personal footage) for social media marketing, in compliance with Saudi law.
Cancellations & Refunds
10+ days before: 100% refund (within 14 business days).
Less than 10 days before: 50% refund.
3 days or less before: Non-refundable.
Not showing up: No refund or rescheduling.
Travel/Lodging: Not covered by the center.
Rescheduling: The center may reschedule courses up to 30 days before the start date.
Individual Enrollment
Participants confirm they are attending in a personal capacity. If found to be representing an employer, the academy reserves the right to charge the higher corporate rate.
