Course Objectives:

  • Preparation: Mise en place and yeast activation.
  • Dough Mastery: Kneading, temperature control, resting, and first fermentation.
  • Lamination: Butter preparation and dough layering (temperature-specific).
  • Execution: Shaping croissants, final proofing, and baking techniques.
  • Finishing: Cooking glazes, preparing fillings, and final decoration.

  • Copyright: Recipe books are for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or copying is prohibited; Maestro Academy is a registered trademark.
  • Promotion: No unauthorized promotional activities are allowed within the academy.
  • Dress Code: Men must wear chef jackets; women must wear lab coats. No perfumes allowed.
  • Amenities: Lockers and prayer rooms are provided.


Schedule

  • Standard: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Doors open at 8:30 AM).
  • Break: 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM.
  • Ramadan: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.


Media & Privacy

  • Maestro Academy reserves the right to use session photos and videos (including personal footage) for social media marketing, in compliance with Saudi law.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • 10+ days before: 100% refund (within 14 business days).
  • Less than 10 days before: 50% refund.
  • 3 days or less before: Non-refundable.
  • Not showing up: No refund or rescheduling.
  • Travel/Lodging: Not covered by the center.
  • Rescheduling: The center may reschedule courses up to 30 days before the start date.


Individual Enrollment

  • Participants confirm they are attending in a personal capacity. If found to be representing an employer, the academy reserves the right to charge the higher corporate rate.
